PETALING JAYA: The Energy Commission (EC) board has decided to award Project 4A, involving a combined gas turbine plant with a 1,100MW-1,400MW capacity, on a direct negotiation basis.
According to sources, the decision will be made by the Planning and Implementation Committee for Electricity Supply and Tariff , which is under the purview of the Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry.
