Shareholder makes offer for Techfast


PETALING JAYA: Techfast Holdings Bhd has received a takeover offer from its major shareholder, Wong SK Holdings Sdn Bhd, at 26 sen a share.

Techfast, a manufacturer of high-precision fasteners, said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday that Datuk Wong Shee Kai, the controlling shareholder of Wong SK Holdings, was the ultimate offeror for the exercise.
