Kein Hing sells Polychrome stake


KUALA LUMPUR: Metal parts manufacturer Kein Hing International Bhd has disposed of its entire 25% stake in Polychrome Sdn Bhd for RM1.4mil cash or RM3.50 per Polychrome share.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kein Hing said it would disposed of its entire equity interest of 400,000 shares, or 25% in Polychrome to Goh Hee Aing and Puon Poh Chin, who are the founders, current directors/shareholders of Polychrome.
