KUALA LUMPUR: Alam Maritim
Bhd will issue 15.35% stake to Hong Leong Company (Malaysia) Bhd's subsidiary Associated Land Sdn Bhd and Caprice Capital Intl Ltd.
Alam Maritim said on Wednesday the stake, comprising of 123 million new shares, would be allotted to the two parties at RM1.35 a share to raise RM166.05mil, confirming a StarBiz report.
