PETALING JAYA: 1 Utopia Bhd said it is not aware of any corporate development relating to the group’s business and affairs previously not announced that might account for its Bursa Malaysia unusual market activity query.
“The board of directors, after having made due enquiries, including with the major shareholder and such other relevant persons, is not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the group, nor any possible explanation that may account for the unusual market activity,” the company said in a filing with Bursa.
