APM to sell land and buildings

PETALING JAYA: APM Automotive Holdings Bhd’s unit will propose the sale of its RM18.1mil land in Serendah, Selangor, to Fuji Seats Sdn Bhd at its upcoming AGM.

The unit, Auto Parts Manufacturers Co Sdn Bhd, would sell the land together with a two-storey office building, an annexed single-storey factory and a single-storey factory, the company said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
