Asahi Group's South-East Asian subsidiary is buying Malaysia-based Etika Diaries Sdn Bhd's dairies and packaging business for US$328.78mil or RM1.06bil.

KUALA LUMPUR: Japan's Asahi Group subsidiary is buying Malaysia-based Etika Dairies Sdn Bhd's dairies and packaging business in Asean for US$328.78mil or RM1.06bil.

Etika International Holdings Ltd said on Thursday the sale consideration to Asahi Group Holdings Southeast Asia Pte Ltd was in cash, on the basis of cash and debt free enterprise value.
