PETALING JAYA: Pelangi Publishing Group Bhd has proposed to buy a leasehold 3.09ha with buildings in Plentong, Johor for RM15.5mil cash from Perniagaan Usahasama Membalak Sdn Bhd (PUMSB).
The buildings include two single-storey factories, a double-storey office block, a single-storey warehouse, two production factories and other ancillary buildings.
