SENAI: Pelangi Publishing Group Bhd, which sees school books being replaced by digital alternatives in a not too distant future, said it will be ready when the time comes.
“It is still a long way to go before e-book would start replacing conventional publication materials, but we have to start somewhere,’’ its executive chairman and group managing director Samuel Sum Kown Cheek said. “We have to embrace changes in order to remain relevant in the ever changing publication industry or else we will become obsolete,’’ he told StarBiz after the company AGM.
