Puncak Niaga goes to court


PETALING JAYA: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd (PNSB) has obtained leave from the Kuala Lumpur High Court to bring Judicial Review proceedings against Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (LUAS) and the Selangor state government.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said: “The application is fixed for case management on April 10 and the application for interim relief is fixed for hearing on May 5.”
