PETALING JAYA: Malaysian banks have enough capital to withstand significantly higher default rates and price corrections than during the 2008-2009 global financial crisis, according to Moody’s Investors Service.
The credit rating agency said its stress test results were consistent with that of Bank Negara’s, lending support to its stable outlook on local lenders.
