SC okays Sentoria RM120mil notes


KUALA LUMPUR: Sentoria Group Bhd has received the Security Commission’s (SC) approval for the issuance of up to RM120mil in medium-term notes (MTN), subject to compliance with the guidelines on private debt security.

The operator of Bukit Gambang Resort City said it had mandated MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd as the principal adviser/lead arranger/lead manager/facility agent in respect of the MTN programme.
