Kwasa Land lists 20 developers for town centre development proposal


Kwasa Land managing director Mohd Lotfy Mohd Noh says invitations have been sent out to 20 developers from the Tier 1 category to submit proposals for the Kwasa Damansara town centre, called Project MX-1.

PETALING JAYA:  Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a unit of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and master developer of an iconic township development in Klang Valley called Kwasa Damansara, announced on Monday 20 Tier-1 developers that had been selected for the Request for Proposal (RFP) for its 24ha town centre project.

The RFP is meant to find a development partner for the proposed town centre in an area identified as Project MX-1 on the provisional master layout plan.
