TM to focus on Internet and data segments


KUALA LUMPUR: After exceeding the RM10bil mark in revenue at RM10.63bil and achieving RM1.36bil in normalised net profit for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2013 (FY13), Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) will focus on the Internet and data segments to grow its topline in FY14.

It set its headline key performance indices (KPIs), which included revenue growth at 5% to 5.5%, earnings before interest and taxes at 5%, and customer satisfaction measure at 72 for this year.
