Court of Appeal upholds Ho Hup's purchase of Bukit Jalil Devt at RM35.97m


KUALA LUMPUR: The Court of Appeal has upheld the court order for Ho Hup Construction Co Bhd to purchase Zen Courts Sdn Bhd's 30% stake in Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd for RM35.97mil.

It said on Thursday the Court of Appeal made the decision on Wednesday after hearing arguments to relating to Zen Courts' application to appeal against the High Court order which had fixed the price for the 30% stake at RM35.97mil.
