KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal and Selangor governments are expected to resolve the impasse over the takeover of the state’s water assets within two weeks, according to both Deputy Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid and Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.

“We are already at the final stage of discussion to iron out a few more points. We aim to get the mutual agreement of all parties involved in the Selangor water asset restructuring exercise,” Mahdzir said.
