IPOH: The Government is still in negotiations to determine the value of the take over of the Automated Enforcement System (AES) from the companies managing the project, says Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah.
He also said there was no specific timeframe for both parties to reach an agreement.
