Key growth drivers for Ire-Tex this year

GEORGE TOWN: Ire-Tex Corp Bhd’s new RM30mil plant in Kulim, scheduled to start operations in the middle of next month, will focus on the production of packaging materials for solar panel, aerospace and medical industries, which will be the key drivers of the group’s growth this year.

Group managing director Datuk Donald Yap told StarBiz that the group would be producing this year some 1,800 tonnes of solar and aerospace packaging materials worth about RM6.5mil per month to fulfill the large orders secured since late last year.
