KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s blue chips were higher at midmorning on Friday, as investors’ sentiments perked up in the prospects of US extending its stimulus.
At 10.03am, the KLCI was up 2.35 points to 1,786.55. Turnover was 303.02 million valued at RM207.68mil. There were 229 gainers, 177 decliners while 270 counters were unchanged.
