THREE sessions into their formal business training, the Alliance Bank SME Innovation Challenge has given 13 selected SMEs not only an opportunity to improve on their businesses, but also form an entrepreneurial think tank and support system of sorts among them. Asked about her experience with the other young business people, Fru-T-Pop founder Giselda Gabriel Felix says there was a sense of togetherness and helpfulness.
“We keep in touch throughout the week even when we don’t meet for training,” she says of another team consulting her on a new label.
