Ltd said it will seek legal advice on action to be taken against its previous auditor now that it has received the full report from a special investigation carried out by BDO.
The investigation had been conducted at the behest of the regulators after the China-based firm’s previous auditors, Paul Wan & Co, issued a disclaimer of opinion on its financial year ended Dec 31, 2012.
