Plastic product makers upbeat

GEORGE TOWN: The rise in petrol prices will not have an impact on plastic product manufacturers catering to the food and beverage sector.

SLP Resources Bhd managing director Kelvin Khaw said as the group’s business dealing with its customers was not tied to a contract of fixed selling price, it was in a position to pass on the increase of raw material prices to its customers.
