LOCAL marketers aren’t doing enough crowdsourcing activities to benefit their brands, says Malaysian Advertisers Association (MAA) president Khoo Kar Khoon.
“Companies like Sony and Dell use the crowdsourcing concept to get ideas (from their consumers) because they know the benefits of co-create are great. You’re talking to people who are interested in your products and know the subject well so they can give you a lot of input and they can become your advocates,” he tells StarBizWeek.
