RAM Ratings reaffirms Sabah Ports’ debt issues


KUALA LUMPUR: RAM Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings of Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd’s RM80mil 10-year and RM70mil seven-year debt notes respectively.

The ratings agency is keeping the 10-year Bai’ Bitthaman Ajil debt securities (maturing in 2017) at AA3/stable/-, and the seven-year Islamic Medium-Term Notes Facility/Murabahah Underwritten Notes Issuance Facility (maturing in 2014) at AA3/stable/P1.
