KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Sports Toto Bhd
(BToto) has proposed to distribute up to 2.81 billion units of the Sports Toto Malaysia Trust (STM-Trust) to BToto shareholders under the secondary listing on Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities.
It said on Thursday the distribution would be on the basis of 21 STM-Trust units for every 10 BToto shares held. The distribution would represent up to 58.18% of the total number of units in issue.
