KUALA LUMPUR: Singapore-listed Cordlife Group Ltd, which is a service provider of umbilical cord blood and tissue banking, has emerged as a major shareholder in Stemlife Bhd with a 19.92% stake.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday showed Cordlife had bought 49.30 million shares on Sept 3.
