Swiber Offshore withdraws notice of arbitration against Sime Darby


KUALA LUMPUR: Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd has withdrawn its notice of arbitration against Sime Darby Bhd's unit over a dispute relating to a US$188.86mil contract.

The contract was for the well-head platform project awarded by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) in January 2010 to the consortium for a total contract price of US$188.86mil.
