KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit fell to 3.2570 against the US dollar in late Friday afternoon, the lowest since June 2010.
The decline in the ringgit was after Fitch Ratings cut the outlook for Malaysia's sovereign credit rating outlook from stable to negative.
