KUALA LUMPUR: Gains in Tenaga helped lift the FBM KLCI up nearly three points at noon despite the uncertainty in the Asian markets over the property financing issue in China.
At 12.30pm, the KLCI rose 2.87 points or 0.15% to 1,791.53. Turnover was 929.09 million valued at RM1.16bil. Gainers outpaced losers 422 to 249 while 307 counters were unchanged.
