Malakoff buys 50% of Australia’s wind farm for RM382m (update)

KUALA LUMPUR: Malakoff Corporation Bhd has acquired a 50% stake in an Australian wind farm for A$130mil (RM382mil).

MMC Corporation Bhd said on Friday its 51% owned Malakoff had bought the entire stake in Meridian Wind Macarthur Holdings Pty. Ltd.from Meridian Energy Ltd.
