KUALA LUMPUR: Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd
’s 50:50 joint-venture (JV) company, Hirex Petroleum Sdn Bhd, has received a US$10mil (RM31.6mil) capital injection from corporate investor Triax Ventures Corp for a 15% stake.
Hirex is a JV between Hibiscus’ wholly owned subsidiary, Orient Hibiscus Sdn Bhd, and Rex South East Asia Ltd.
