PETALING JAYA: Hytex Integrated Bhd has entered into a memorandum of agreement with Taijiang County People’s Government and Shenzhen Timar Scenery Energy Technology Co Ltd (STSET) to formalise the terms and conditions as well as responsibilities of each respective parties in relation to a joint venture between Hytex and STSET.
Hytex, through its subsidiary Hytex Integrated (Suzhou) Co Ltd, had entered into the venture with STSET to develop a maglev wind farm in Guizhou Province, China, of up to 50MW for the production of power to be supplied to China Southern Power Grid upon execution of a power purchase agreement.
