DiGi to invest in network modernisation


KUALA LUMPUR: DiGi.Com Bhd, which is looking to invest RM750mil as capital expenditure (capex) this year, has reiterated that it was still looking into the possibility of setting up a business trust. “We are currently exploring it. It is something new,” chief executive officer Henrik Clausen said, adding that the telecommunications heavyweight had not concluded anything on the business trust as yet.

He said it was currently exploring the trust as a potential vehicle for its capital management initiatives.
