Assurance on Kg Baru Johari says Govt looking at higher plot ratio for land owners

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government is not taking over the Kampung Baru land from the owners, instead it is allowing for higher plot ratio of one to 10 times (1:10), according to Barisan Nasional candidate for the Titiwangsa parliamentary constituency and corporate player Datuk Johari Abdul Ghani.

“Let me be clear, the Government will not acquire the Kampung Baru land by force, there is no forcing to develop the land either. Instead, a corporation has been set up to facilitate those who want to develop the land.
