KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara and Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a collaborative framework towards enhancing mutual cooperation in the development of the financial services sector.
The MoU encapsulates arrangements relating to cross-border banking supervision, exchange of information, cooperation in capacity building and human capital development between the two central banks, as well as development in the area of Islamic finance.
