KUALA LUMPUR: More women enablers are needed for them to take up more leadership seats in Bursa Malaysia-listed companies, according to AmBank group corporate and institutional banking managing director Pushpa Rajadurai.
“The issue is not in the scarcity of women employees. Rather, how we will bring them to a position of leadership?” she asked, adding that at the moment, women made up about 50% in the workforce.
