PUTRAJAYA: Johor Corp (JCorp) has no plans to take its 59.6%-owned Kulim (Malaysia) Bhd private “at the moment”, said president and chief executive Datuk Kamaruzzaman Abu Kassim.
"We will consider it depending on the circumstances. It should be driven by commercial reasons. But there are no plans at the moment", he said on Thursday at the release of JCorp's 2012 financial results.
