PETALING JAYA: SPK-Sentosa Bhd shares will be suspended from March 29 as Sharikat Permodalan Kebangsaan Bhd (SPKB) now has more than 90% of SPK-Sentosa’s voting shares.
On Jan 31, SPKB had affirmed its intention to delist the company due to very low trading liquidity of the shares, and increasing obligations and compliance requirements to maintain it as a listed company.
