High Court rules Axiata can recoup RM21.88m from Tajudin Ramli

KUALA LUMPUR: The Kuala Lumpur High Court has ruled that Axiata Group Bhd can recoup a total of RM21.88mil from Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli as compensation for loss of office and incentive payments.

Axiata said on Thursday the judgement was delivered after the full trial, which allowed Axiata unit, Technology Resources Industries Bhd's (TRI) suit filed in September 2006.
