KDEB agrees to revise offer price

PETALING JAYA: Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Bhd (KDEB), which had made a takeover offer for Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd’s (KPSB) 56.57% stake in Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd (KHSB), has agreed that its offer may be revised from 76 sen a share.

In the latest development, KPSB said in a filing with the stock exchange that KDEB had accepted the conditions set out by KPSB.

The first condition was that the purchase consideration for the 254.56 million shares it is seeking to buy would be at a minimum price of 76 sen apiece.
