PETALING JAYA: Ahmad Zaki Resources Bhd (AZRB), which recently won the RM1.55bil contract to build the East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE), saw its net profit rise 70% in fiscal 2012 to RM20.16mil from RM11.86mil in 2011 despite a weaker fourth quarter.
The construction firm said its revenue last year stood at RM676.34mil, 26.4% higher than RM534.87mil the year before.
