Samudra gets O&G contract from Mubadala Devt Co. subsidiary

KUALA LUMPUR: Kejuruteraan Samudra Timur Bhd has secured a contract from MDC Oil & Gas (SK 320) Ltd - a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi owned Mubadala Development Co. - to provide tubular running equipment and services.

Samudra said on Wednesday the contract was for two years and expected it to contribute positively to the group's revenue and future earnings.

"There is no indication on the value of the contract in the award and it is subjective depending on the activities level by MDC throughout the contract period," it said.
